What is Tantra?
Tantra is an embodied spiritual tradition that honors body, mind, and energy as sacred pathways to awakening. Through ritual, meditation, mantra, and movement, tantra invites us to awaken Shakti — the divine feminine energy and experience transformation that unites all aspects of our being. Rather than renouncing the world, tantra teaches integration and aliveness as the path to liberation.

Shakta Tradition
Shakta Tantra centers on the worship and awakening of Shakti, the dynamic, creative energy that underlies the universe. Shakti is the feminine principle of power and transformation — the source and substance of all creation.

Non-Dual Shaivism
Non-Dual Shaivism teaches that Shiva is the absolute reality, the unchanging consciousness, while Shakti is the dynamic energy or power of that reality. Though conceptually distinct, Shiva and Shakti are ultimately inseparable aspects of the one divine.
