CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel more than 90 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations within 90 days of the retreat are non-refundable, with no exceptions. We understand that life is unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your peace of mind. If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Please email me to arrange the change. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for weather events, injuries, illness, personal emergencies, no-shows, early departures, incomplete attendance, or room changes.
